FREELANCE PRICING & CONTRACTS TERMS
All my work is done by me. Should I need to delegate out piece work, the client will be notified before any plan of action is taking place and will be notified with full transparency. Freelance & Contract work will always be based on clients buddget, but will be subject to changes based on license changes, economic factors, and will be outlined for the client in full transparency. These costs do not factor in rush work, revisions, remakes, along with other factors.

All contracts & projects are handled by a case by case basis, and prices can be subject to change & adjustment based on the project, complexity,
and work involved. All NDA's (Non-disclosure agreements & contracts) will be honored within the agreed upon dates and times, but afterwards, I reserve the right for gallery rights to showcase work for my portfolio to help with growth & showcasing my business after all NDA's are honored.

All the work I do for the client is their work, but I require a credited name in any credits, reports, etc. This is also handled on a case by case basis.
Your project package will always include all base files, sizes you request, and if getting any vector work done, templates, etc. will include the source files such as SVG's, project files, etc. Changes to completed work by me or others (revision jobs & fix jobs) are handled as a new contract and are still subject to the same pricing model & terms.

All freelance contracts are subject to an upfront deposit. This deposit secures your project work, and will be based upon an estimated time of how long the project will take to complete in reflection to my current rate. This is also for any physical sourcing and materials based on specific projects as well. The deposit also comes off the invoice and will be stated as such on said invoice. All freelance projects will be given "proofing" pieces with watermarks as the work goes on. Upon completion of the project, a final proof will be sent with watermarks to finalize the approval. To have your files released to you, the invoice must be honored for the time spent on the work, and when the project and work is completed.

Your project is open to revisions only during the initial concept stage, which will get 3 revisions for the concept stage. Afterwards, you are given 1 revision per proof delivery. If you require multiple revisions per proof delivery, a revision fee will be added to your final invoice for each additional revision. This also includes additional revisions during concept stage. All final invoices must be paid within 2 weeks. If the amount owing is not paid in full, an inconvenience fee will be applied to your bill. Further inconvenience fees will be applied every week following that 2 week grace period.

Failure to pay after 1 month or not pay at all, will result in your work being permanently not accessible, and no further contracts will be honored by me. This is handled as a case by case basis. All rates, costs, details, etc. will be discussed prior to starting any project. No work is started till the deposit is paid and the contract is finalized for the work. Transparency is a key factor in my work, and it protects my clients & myself.

All long term contracts (studio onboarding, in house contract work over 1 month, and up to over 6 months) are handled in a case by case basis and are not subject to these freelance contracts terms and conditions. These long term studio contracts are particular to each studio and will be handled as such. Repeat clients (or as I call them "residence clients") are given discounts, more leeway, and priority.

All terms & agreements here are subject to change, and all contracts and projects are handled by a case by case basis. Every client should expect to honor these terms with working with me. Project deliveries are always estimated time factors, and are subject to so many variables that exact times of delivery should not be expected. I do my best to make sure the work is done on time and by a certain time frame, but shipping creative work can be hard to predict depending on how complex the task is.
